As part of the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project “CrafDi: Crafting Digitally – Bridging Artisans to the Global Market”, a Multiplier Event was successfully organized on 30 December 2025 in Çorum, Türkiye.
The event brought together more than 35 participants, including adult educators, adult learners, artisans, and local stakeholders, creating a dynamic environment for knowledge exchange and discussion. The primary aim of the Multiplier Event was to disseminate the project results, raise awareness about digital transformation in handicrafts, and promote the effective use of digital tools for accessing global markets.
During the event, participants were introduced to the CrafDi project objectives, key activities, and main outputs, including digital training materials and the project’s online platform designed to support artisans in improving their digital skills. Special emphasis was placed on how digitalization can enhance the visibility of traditional handicrafts, support economic sustainability, and preserve cultural heritage.
Interactive presentations and discussions allowed participants to share their experiences, challenges, and good practices related to digital skills development and market access. Artisans had the opportunity to explore how digital platforms, online marketing, and e-commerce tools can help them reach wider audiences beyond local and national borders.
The Multiplier Event also strengthened cooperation between adult education professionals and artisans, highlighting the importance of lifelong learning and continuous skills development in today’s digital economy. Participants expressed strong interest in the project outcomes and emphasized the relevance of similar initiatives for rural development and cultural preservation.
The event in Çorum marked an important step in the dissemination and sustainability of the CrafDi project results, contributing to the broader Erasmus+ objectives of inclusion, digital transformation, and adult education.
