
1st Online Meeting with CrafDi Project Partners
On 29 April 2025, the kick-off meeting for the Erasmus+ KA210-ADU project titled “CrafDi – Crafting Digitally: Bridging Artisans to the Global Market” was successfully conducted online from 12:00 to 13:00 (EEST). The meeting brought together representatives from the coordinating organisation, Rēzeknes Novada Pašvaldības Maltas Apvienības Pārvalde (Latvia), and project partners Helix Social Innovation Hub (Greece) and Hayat Boyu Eğitim Bilim Sanat Kültür Derneği – LESACA (Turkey).

The session commenced with a comprehensive overview of each partner’s roles, responsibilities, key activities, and the overall project timeline. Discussions encompassed communication and coordination strategies, the dissemination of project information on partners’ websites and social media platforms, reporting requirements, documentation standards, financial procedures, and the payment schedule. - Dissemination Arrangements
Updates to the dissemination plan and identification of target audiences were presented. The roles of each partner in dissemination activities were clarified, and responsibilities for content creation and updates were assigned. The use of shared Google Documents was agreed upon to facilitate collaborative content development. - Activity Plan

Luznava Manor (Latvia) will oversee supervision and quality control. Deadlines for upcoming tasks were established, and plans for the next online meeting and mid-project review (Activity 3) were discussed.

The partners agreed to maintain regular communication and collaboration to ensure the project’s success. Preparations for the next phase of project activities and the mid-project meeting are underway.
