Ünal has worked as a project manager either in NGOs or public bodies for more than 20 years. She carries out activities such as: preparing and documenting project implementation documentation (invoices, travel orders, minutes, reports, contracts), organising and coordinating meetings, events and various gatherings, and collecting and organising documentation for reports, filling in forms, etc. He is experienced in managingand coordinating Erasmus+ projects and has beentakingpart in projectsforabout 10 years. He is an internationaltable- tennisreferee, web pagedesignerandalsogood at information technologies. He is stilltaking his MA degree is an IT expert as well as a project coordinator. He completed his master’s degree in Educational Management and Supervision at the Turkish-Kazakh University Faculty of Humanities.

He has taken part in various research, development, and development phases of youth, VET, and adult education projects. He completed his master’s degree in Educational Management,Supervision, Inspection and Planning at the Institute of Social Sciences. He worked as a manager, trainer and consultant in various projects within the scope of the National Agency, Development Agency and Tubitak. He has articles published in national and international peer-reviewed journals and four books with ISBN. He attended more than 100 seminars, courses, congresses and workshops and organized some of them. He worked as a teacher and administrator in various schools.

She has experience in Erasmus+ projects. She hasstudiedinformationtechnologies, basiccomputerskillsand web design. With his IT expertise, he mainly takes responsibility for the intellectual outputs related to digitisation and the development of digital content. Among other things, he is in charge of ensuring a rigorous evaluation of the project and the project outputs. He is also involved in data analytics, methodology, statistical analysis an web tool development.
