CrafDi: Crafting Digitally: Bridging Artisans to Global Market

Under the coordination of Rēzeknes Novada Pašvaldības Maltas Apvienības Pārvalde (Latvia), the project “CrafDi – Crafting Digitally: Bridging Artisans to the Global Market” has been officially approved. As Hayat Boyu Eğitim Bilim Sanat Kültür Derneği (LESACA), we are taking a significant step forward in fostering digital transformation and safeguarding cultural heritage.

Project Details

Project Objective
CrafDi aims to enhance the digital skills of rural artisans and create an online platform that empowers them to access—and thrive in—the global marketplace. By equipping artisans with the necessary tools and know-how, the project will help them reach wider customer bases and improve their economic well-being. Simultaneously, it will foster the exchange of knowledge and traditional craftsmanship techniques among artisans from Latvia, Greece, and Turkey, thereby preserving and promoting our shared cultural heritage.

LESACA’s Role
LESACA will organize and deliver hands-on training sessions and workshops for Turkish artisans, focusing on best practices for showcasing and selling their work on digital platforms. We will also play an active part in ensuring smooth collaboration among all partners and in disseminating project results.
